胶束共聚法制备丙烯酰胺二元共聚物及其性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 以氧化还原体系为引发剂,采用自由基胶束共聚合法制备了疏水缔合型二元共聚物聚(丙烯酰胺/N-辛基丙烯酰胺)P(AM-C8AM)。考察了引发剂用量、引发温度、单体浓度、疏水单体含量、添加剂用量对疏水缔合水溶性聚合物相对分子质量的影响。结果表明,引发剂质量分数为0.01%,单体总质量分数为25%,尿素的质量分数为2%,甲酸钠的质量分数为0.002%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠的质量分数为0.004%,引发温度为15℃时,成功合成了疏水缔合型丙烯酰胺,相对分子质量为1258.43。测定了聚合物水溶液的表观黏度,考察了其耐温抗盐性,在80℃时黏度仍能达到71.6mPa·s,黏度保持率为58.35%。并将其与普通均聚物进行了对比。 Using the redox system as initiator,hydrophobically associating bipolymer(acrylamide/octylacrylamide)P(AM-C8AM)was prepared by free radical micellar copolymerization.The effect of initiator dosage,reaction temperature,monomer concentration,hydrophobic monomer content,additive dosage on molecule weight of the hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer was discussed.The results show that with the dosage of initiator 0.01%,total monomer mass fration 25%,the mass fration of urea 2%,the mass fraction of sodium formate 0.002%,ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium mass fraction 0.004%,the temperature of 15℃,the hydrophobic associating acrylamide was successfully synthesized,and the molecular weight is 1258.43.The apparent viscosity,temperature resistance and salt tolerance of the polymer solution were studied.At 80℃,viscosity still can reach 71.6mPa·s,viscosity remains at 58.35%.Moreover,the comparisons with those of traditional homopolymers were performed.
