摘要
通过单因子试验和正交试验研究了锦纶粘扣带耐硫聚氨酯树脂涂层整理工艺,结果显示三项影响锦纶粘扣带耐硫性能的程度排序为:耐变黄聚氨酯树脂相对织物的质量分数】耐变黄架桥剂相对织物的质量分数】抗氧化剂NY相对织物的质量分数。最优涂层整理工艺:耐变黄聚氨酯树脂相对织物的质量分数为170%,耐变黄架桥剂相对织物的质量分数为40%,抗氧化剂NY相对织物的质量分数为4%。且经最优涂层整理工艺整理的锦纶粘扣带,耐硫等级可达4.5~5.0级,耐硫性能提高显著。
Anti-sulfur PU coating finish technology of nylon hook and loop fastener was studied. The results showed that the factors' sequence influencing anti-sulfur function of the fastener were the dosage of anti-yellowing resin,the dosage of anti-yellowing bridging agent,the dosage of anti-oxidant NY according to analyze of single factor and orthogonal experimenters' results. The optimum technological parameters were that: the dosage of anti-yellowing resin 170%( owf),the dosage of anti-yellowing bridging agent 40%( owf),the dosage of anti-oxidant NY 4%( owf). The grade of anti-sulfur of the fastener finished by the optimum technology mentioned above was 4. 5 ~ 5. 0 according to GB / T 251—2008,which indicated that the anti-sulfur performance was improved obviously after finishing the fastener by the optimum technological parameters.
