摘要
基于适老化更新的视角,以漳州市的社区住宅为例,运用"因地制宜、以人为本"的原则深入漳州市社区住宅的现状进行田野调查,对老年人活动特征、环境需求和服务设施的使用进行了归纳和分析,发掘其室内外空间的不足和服务设施的不完善,根据问题提出适老化更新策略,并呼吁应关注适老化设计对老年人的幸福和尊严的重要性。
The optimal updating based on the perspective of Zhangzhou city residential community as an example,the current situation of the use of "local,people-oriented"principle of Zhangzhou city residential community field investigation, using the current situation and characteristics of the elderly activity environment and service facilities for the induction and the analysis,explore the lack of indoor and outdoor space and service facilities are not perfect,according to the problems and put forward the appropriate aging update strategy,and called for attention to the importance of design suitable for aging old people's happiness and dignity.
