摘要
为计算水轮机固定导叶的动力特性,提出了计算座环约束刚度的一个简化方法,推导了刚度系数的计算公式,利用通用板单元分析了导叶在空气中的自振特性,并在真机上作了原型观测;计算结果与实测值吻合较好,进而考虑流体耦合因素,计算了固定导叶在水中的动力特性。
In order to calculate the dynamic characteristics of turbine stay vane,the simplified calcula- ting method of supporting stiffness of stay vans is presented. With the more exact analyzed method the stiffness coefficient equation is obtained. Using plat finite element method the be- haviour of free vibration of stay vane in the air is obtained. The calculating result fairly tallies with field test result. And then the coupling effect of water is taken into account,the dynamic Characteristics of turbine stay vane in the water is also calculated.
