摘要
为研究经颅磁声刺激时神经元的放电活动,基于H-H神经元模型,对经颅磁声刺激(TMAS)产生的感应电流与神经元模型放电活动响应特性之间的关系进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在一个刺激周期内,神经元平均放电率和电位平均值均随刺激参数的变化而改变。进一步的动物实验结果表明,经颅磁声刺激中所使用的超声波和静态磁场的参数均会对局部场电位(LFPs)的功率谱和神经元锋电位平均发放率产生影响。通过改变经颅磁声刺激中超声波和静态磁场的参数可实现对神经元放电活动的调节。
We investigated the discharge activity of neurons during transcranial magnetic-acoustical stimulation(TMAS),and investigated the effects of induced currents produced by transcranial magnetic-acoustical stimulation on the discharge activity based on the H-H neuron model.The simulation results indicate that,in a stimulation cycle,the average discharge rate and the average discharge amplitude of neuron model vary with the stimulation parameters.Further animal experiments results indicate that both the ultrasonic and static magnetic field parameters can affect the power spectrum of the local field potentials(LFPs)and the average discharge rate of neuronal spike in the experiment.The results show that the modulation of neuronal discharge activity can be achieved by changing the parameters of ultrasonic and static magnetic fields in TMAS.
