摘要
为满足人们对高档住宅南北通透的品质需求,龙光深圳红山项目采用单向少墙的钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构抗侧力体系,有效满足了结构受力要求。文中提出剪力墙分担倾覆力矩比和剪力比判断结构体系的方法,并对少墙方向构件进行承载力校核。
To meet the requirement of good exposure in north-south orientation for upscale residential,Logan Shenzhen Hongshan project adopted one direction less wall shear wall system,which effectively satisfied the strength requirement of the structure. The paper proposed the methodology to determine the structural system through the overturning moment ratio and shear ratio taken by shear wall,and checked the strength of components in the less wall direction.
