摘要
介绍广州凤凰三桥拱肋整体提升中运用的施工技术、临时结构的设计与提升控制。在方案设计实施过程中采取了主动控制提升架上拔力、主动控制下吊点张拉索力等技术措施,使得结构在运输、提升、卸载的不同阶段下受力可控;同步提升采取了高精度的位移、载荷控制技术,实现施工全过程控制与调整,确保结构受力合理,安装到位后满足设计要求受力状态。
This paper mainly introduces the integral hoisting technology,the design of the temporary structure and synchrocontrol which are used in the hoisting of Phoenix 3rd Bridge in Guangzhou. We raised some technical measures such as the control of the uplift force of trestle and the tensile force of cable on the hanging point,so that the structure was under control when transportting,hoisting and unloading. What's more,the high-precision of displacement and load control ensure that the whole process is under control and adjustable to meet the design requirements after the completion of construction.
