摘要
高校学生趣缘群体具有学历高、活力强、视野广、时间充裕、自治性强等表征,其在大学校园文化建设中兼具'正负'两种能量。为充分发挥和释放学生趣缘群体在大学校园文化建设中的'正能量',削减并消除其在大学校园文化建设中的'负能量',高校相关部门要对学生趣缘群体进行甄别区分,'留良币、弃劣币',并对部分'良币'辅以适时、适度的引导、激励和规制。这是高校学生趣缘群体健康可持续发展的重要保障,也是新时代大学校园文化建设的客观要求。
College students′interest-related groups have the representations of high education,strong vitality,wide vision,abundant time and high autonomy.They have both positive and negative impact on the construction of university campus culture.In order to bring their positive impact into full play,and to reduce and eliminate their negative impact on the construction of university campus culture,the relevant departments of universities should identify and distinguish between good groups and bad groups,leaving the good ones while abandoning the bad ones,and supplementing some good ones with timely,appropriate guidance,incentives and regulations.This is an important guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of college students′interest-related group,and it is also an objective requirement for the construction of campus culture in the new era.
