摘要
为探明学界对研究生学位论文"双盲审"褒贬不一的深层原因,运用文献研究法、系统分析法和经验总结法等,结合个人指导研究生和"双盲审"工作实践,对现行"双盲审"进行系统剖析并归纳为"单位互助式""直接送达式"和"第三方平台式"三种典型方式,通过评审系统结构、流程和机制因素对比分析发现,"第三方平台式"评审效果最优,"单位互助式"评审最差,"直接送达式"介于二者之间,并找出了导致三种评审效果的原因。
In order to probe the deep reasons of the mixed reviews for graduate degree thesis to be blind reviewed,using literature research system analysis and experience summary method,etc,combined with personal guide graduate students and double blind review work practice,the current system was analysised the double blind review and collaborative direct service for the unit type and the third party platform three typical ways,through the review process system structure and mechanism factors analysis and comparison,the third party platform evaluation effect is the best,worst collaborative review unit,direct service type Between the two,find out the cause effect of three judges.
