摘要
结合乡村振兴战略的要求与新农村的各种新特征,提出我国农村思想政治教育的"四大着力点",即以产业兴旺为重点,激发农民的创新创业力;以生态宜居、乡风文明为保障,打造农民的家园意识;以治理有效为基础,树立农民的规则意识;以生活富裕为根本,培育农民学习的内生动力。"四大着力点"紧扣国家大政方针,顺应农村的经济发展,符合当代农民自我发展的主观要求,是新时期千头万绪的农村思想政治工作的重要抓手。
Based on the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy and the new characteristics of the new countryside,the author puts forward the 'four main points'of rural ideological and political education in China,which is to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship of farmers with the emphasis on the prosperity of the industry,and to build the farmer’s home consciousness with the ecological livability and the civilization of the countryside. We should establish farmers’ rule consciousness,and cultivate the endogenous motivation of farmers’ learning based on the rich life.'Four major points of focus'closely links to the national policy,conforms to the economic development of the rural areas,in line with the subjective requirements of the self-development of contemporary farmers,and is an important grasp of the ideological and political work of the countryside in the new period.
