摘要
本文针对不对称塑料制品浇注系统的设计,在分析一些定性设计要求的基础上,主要从制品的重心位置和流动距离比两个方面,对浇口位置的设计给出了定量计算的方法,并在微机上实现了浇口设计的CAD程序。
This paper studies the design procedures of pouring system of unsymmetrical parts.Based on the analysis of some qualitative design requirements,the quantitative calculation method of the gate position design is presented,considering mainly the center of gravity of the manufactures and the ratio of flowing distance.The computer aided design program of gate design has also been accomplished with microcomputer.
