摘要
采用开关式电磁阀的电液伺服系统具有价廉、可靠及节能等一系列优点,近年来受到人们越来越多的重视。该控制系统要求一种响应快的电磁阀作为控制元件。本文分析了阀的工作过程,探讨了提高电磁换向阀快速性的途径,并介绍了目前国内外一些新型快速电磁阀的结构及驱动电路。
The hydraulic servo system with on-off valves has advantages such as low cost,reliability,energy saving and so on.It is paid more and more attention recently.This system needs eletcromagnetic valves as the control elements which have fast response.Analyzing the working process of the valves,the article discusses the way to get the fast response of the valves.The designs and drive circuits of the fast valves now bave heen developed in the world are also introduced in this article.
