复杂齿形代用圆弧的优选方法

摘要 本文以钟表齿轮滚刀为例,介绍了藉助电子计算机用浮点的办法优选复杂齿形的多段代用圆弧的方法。这种方法既可保证代圆在理论齿形上连接,又可以获得很小的齿形误差,而且可使代圆段数尽可能少,从而大大简化了滚刀及其一系列二类刀具的设计与制造。本文还给出了此优选方法的算法框图。 Taking the hob for machining gear of clocks and watches for example, this paper introduces a method of optimizing multiple-stage substitute arcs of complicated profile by means of the computer with the method of floating some points.This method not only ensures that the substitute arcs are connected on the theoretical profile but can obtain very little profile deviation and makes the number of the arcs as few as possible. Thus it greatly simplifies the design and Manufacturing of hob and a series of its secondary tools。 This paper yet gives the flow chart of this optimization。
