摘要
为了验证城市轨道交通车辆底部的某型号吊挂机箱螺钉连接设计的合理性,在对机箱结构应力计算的基础上,结合机箱的有限元计算工况,得到各螺钉的受力情况,使用经验公式对螺钉连接强度进行分析。分析结果显示,螺钉连接的强度合格。将有限元计算与螺钉的应力计算相结合,解决了机箱强度分析中螺钉应力计算较困难的难题。
To verify the reasonability of design for screw connection on a certain type of the electronic box,combined with the finite element calculation of the box working mode,the stress state of each screw is obtained based on a calculation for the box′s structural strength.Then an empirical formula is used to analyze the strength in screw connection.By combining the finite element calculation and the screw strength calculation,difficulties in the strength calculation of the electronic box′s screw connection are solved.
