摘要
澳门城市垃圾采用焚化方式处理,每年飞灰产生量2~3万吨,固化后暂存处理。为实现飞灰安全处置,取垃圾焚化厂飞灰检测分析,并用化学药剂与水泥进行稳定化/固化试验,测试飞灰固化块浸出毒性。结果表明:飞灰中铅和镉含量较高,在化学药剂添加量约2%,水泥添加量为10%时,飞灰固化块浸出毒性低于《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)限值,为澳门城市垃圾焚烧飞灰安全处置提供参考。
Municipal Solid Waste was incinerated in Macao, and the production of fly ash was 20,000 to 30,000 tons every year. In order to achieve safe disposal of fly ash, the chemical composition of fly ash was tested and analyzed, the stability curing test was carried out with stabilizer and cemen, the leaching toxicity of solidified body was tested. The results showed that high concentrations of Pb and Cd in the fly ash. The curing test showed that when the addition amount of stabilizer was 2 % and the cement was 10 %, the leaching toxicity of solidified body was lower than the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB16889-2008)prescribed limits and met the requirements of the landfill.
