摘要
某电厂中水脱盐处理系统的反渗透工艺单元在长期运行过程中出现了严重的膜污堵情况。本文通过对反渗透单元进水水质及膜表面微观形貌的检测,分析了导致该系统反渗透膜污染的原因,并基于此针对性的开展了反渗透膜在线、离线清洗工艺的相关研究,实现了反渗透脱盐单元在较低压差下的正常工作,保证了中水处理系统的安全经济运行。
The reverse osmosis membrane fouling problem caused a seriously situation of the water reuse system. In this paper, the feed water quality and surface microstructure of the RO membrane was measured, basic on which, the analysis of membrane fouling reason and cleaning solution was conducted. The optimal cleaning process developed in this paper make the RO system resume to the normal working pressure.
