摘要
以盐酸氨基葡萄糖为原料,经与辅料混合、过滤、灌封后,制备盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服液,再通过旋光度法和容量法分别考察三批口服液放置一定时间后口服液中盐酸氨基葡萄糖的含量、稳定性及重复性。实验结果显示20160616批次的盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服液经长期试验后,其性状、pH值、装量差异及盐酸氨基葡萄糖的含量变化差异较小。
Glucosamine hydrochloride as raw material, after mixing with auxiliary materials, filtering, encapsulating,glucosamine hydrochloride oral liquid was prepared, and then through the optical rotation and capacity methods to investigate the content, stability and repeatability of glucosamine hydrochloride in three batches of oral liquid after placed a certain time. The experimental results showed that 20160616 batch of glucosamine hydrochloride oral liquid’s characteristics, pH value, the load difference and the variation in content of glucosamine hydrochloride was smaller after long-term test.
