摘要
随着网络时代的发展,酒店信息化管理水平不断提高,而国内众多开设旅游及酒店管理专业的高校中,其前厅类课程教学活动却并未很好地引入酒店信息管理系统模拟平台,导致理论与实践脱节、教学方法单一、教学模式缺乏创新。因此,文章旨在以Opera系统为依托,阐述理实一体化项目式教学法在前厅类课程中的作用和意义。
With the development of the Internet era, the level of information management is claimed higher and higher in hospitality industry. However, lots of domestic colleges and universities which set up tourism and hotel management major do not bring the hotel information management system in their front office courses. As a result, schools fail to make theory-practice integration, limits to expand teaching method and lack of innovation. This essay is based on the Opera system and tries to expound The role and significance of theory-practice integration project-based teaching method in front office courses.
