摘要
世界经济的高度繁荣发展,进一步推动了工程项目的快速发展。国际上最为先进的工程管理模式也随着信息全球化的进程得到进一步的发展,并相继被引进国内。工程造价的结算审核工作越来越受到管理者的高度重视,并成为了工程造价管理过程中的重要环节。但在实际的工程项目应用过程中,工程造价结算审核管理工作中出现了一些问题,本文重点阐述了工程造价结算审计工作中的常见问题,并给出了相应的解决办法,有一定的实际应用价值。
With the high prosperity and rapid development of world economy, the high-speed development of engineering project was also promoted. The world's most advanced project management modes have also achieved further development with the advancement of information globalization,and have been introduced into inland in succession. Project cost settlement auditing work has been paid more and more attention by the managers, and becomes one of the important links in the process of project cost management. However, in the practical application process of the engineering project, there are some problems existing in the management of project cost settlement auditing work. Focusing on the common problems existing in the settlement auditing work of project cost, the article gives out the corresponding solutions, thus having some practical application value.
