摘要
随着我国逐步建立完善社会主义市场经济体制,园林绿化企业必须努力拓展园林市场,实现经济利益的最大化。近年来园林绿化工程投标报价中的问题日益突出,园林企业应根据招标文件制定投标报价,分析影响投标报价的因素,综合运用多种措施对园林绿化工程投标报价中的成本进行控制,逐步提升园林企业成本控制水平。本文试阐述园林绿化工程投标报价中成本控制的影响因素、内容及问题,并结合实际提出可行对策。
With a perfect socialist market economy system's gradual establishment, landscape enterprises have to work hard to expand their market for the maximization of economic benefits. In recent years, the problems existing in bidding quotation of landscape engineering become increasingly prominent, accordingly landscape enterprises should formulate bidding quotation according to biding documents, analyze the influencing factors of bidding quotation, and by comprehensive application of multiple measures, control the cost in the bidding quotation of landscape engineering, so as to improve the cost control level of the landscape enterprises themselves. The article tries to illustrate the influencing factors, contents, and problems in the bidding quotation of landscape engineering, and puts forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures combining with practical situation.
