公路工程设计变更施工图预算审查是工程造价管理的重要环节。公平、公正、有方法、有技巧地对设计变更施工图预算进行审查,保证预算文件的合理、真实性,才能为有效地控制造价提供保障。本文分析了公路工程设计变更施工图预算审查的重要性,提出了工程设计变更审查基本方法,并以某高速公路第15合同段工程设计变更为例,介绍了公路工程设计变更施工图预算文件审查的实施步骤,总结了设计变更施工图预算审查的操作要点,为提高公路工程设计变更施工图预算审查质量提供技术支持。
Budget review of design changed construction drawing of highway projects is an important part of project cost management.
