开展工程造价全过程跟踪审计咨询服务日益增多,由于工程造价审计关口前移,对于提高项目管理水平,扼制造价"三超"现象是一种有益的探索。树立良好的形象,争取委托单位的信任与支持,是做好工作的前提;与项目相关各部门建立合理的工作程序和协调关系,是顺利开展工作的基础;及时、动态地反映项目造价是做好工作的关键。
As the development of the whole process tracking audit advisory services is increasing, to improve the level of project management, cost control is a beneficial exploration. To establish a good image, to win trust and support of commissioned units, is a prerequisite for doing a good job; to establish a reasonable working procedure and coordinate with project related departments, is the basis for the smooth work; to reflect timely, dynamically the project cost is the key to do a good job.
