摘要
工程造价咨询业经过近二十年的发展,极大地促进了建设工程造价的合理确定与有效控制,服务内容由概、预、结算编审的传统三算业务,逐步向建设项目全过程造价管理咨询服务延伸。本文通过对南京市的建设项目全过程造价管理咨询服务现状的分析,研究其在发展过程中存在的不足,探讨提升其服务水平和效果的对策,以推动造价咨询服务由施工阶段向实施阶段、最终向建设项目全过程发展。
