摘要
招商引资项目建设要求建设速度快,违反基本建设程序的现象非常普遍,质量监管难度很大。论文通过对招商引资项目监管影响因素的分析,提出对招商引资项目的监管模式和方法,推动质量监管水平的提高,确保工程质量安全。
Investment projects require construction speed is quick,in violation of the basic construction procedure of phenomenon is very common,and quality supervision is very difficult. This article through to the analysis of the influence factors of investment promotion and capital introduction project supervision, thus put forward to the investment promotion and capital introduction project supervision mode and method, promote the improvement of quality supervision,to ensure the engineering quality and safety.
