摘要
从质量安全监督的法律依据、目标入手,分析工程质量和施工安全的关系,提出监督机构对质量安全的监控措施和手段;从法律法规的层面和视角,分析现行建设法律法规对规范质量安全监管工作存在的瓶颈,并提出修订意见和建议。
Analyzed the relationship between the construction quality and safety from the law and the aim of quality and safety supervision,provide the quality and safety supervision measures for the supervision organization; analyzed the bottleneck of current law and regulation exist in the quality and safety supervision work,and provide emend opinion and suggestion.
