摘要
采用Ce(NO3 ) 3 取代铬酸盐对热镀锌表面进行钝化 ,通过研究钝化液组成、pH值、温度及钝化时间等因素对钝化成膜及其耐蚀性的影响 ,获得钝化处理最佳技术条件 (质量浓度 )为 :Ce(NO3 ) 3 2 0 g/L ,H2 O2 ( 2 5~ 35 )mL/L ,HBO3 2 g/L ,pH( 1 4~ 1 75 ) ,温度 4 5~ 5 0℃ ,时间 4 0~ 90s.检测分析表明 ,采用该研究成果可获得效果与低铬酸盐钝化相近的耐蚀性较好的金黄色钝化膜 .
The chromate passivation was replaced by cerium nitrate for galvanized steel surface. Effects of bath composition, pH value, treating temperature and treating time on the properties of passivation film had been investigated. The optimum technology of cerium nitrate passive film for galvanized coating was obtained as: Ce(NO 3) 3 20*Bg/L,H 2O 2(25~35)mL/L,HBO 3 2*Bg/L,pH (1.4~1.75),T(45~50)℃,t(40~90)s.The results of tests and analysis showed that, a golden yellow passivation film with corrosion resistance equivalent to that by chromate treatment is formed on the surface of galvanized steel by the cerium nitrate treatment. This investigation is of great positive significance to eliminate the high toxicity and environmental concern which are caused at present by chromate passive treatment.
