摘要
本文对NRELPhase VI上风型风力机叶片和塔架之间的干涉流动进行了三维非定常数值模拟。所有计算算例均采用ICEM-CFD划分的六面体网格,文章模拟计算了包括有无塔架两个模型分别在7,10和20 m/s三个来流速度下的6个算例。模拟结果发现,扭矩在180°方位角附近有瞬时突变的过程,但该波动值相对于整体性能影响较小,同时发现随着风速提高,塔架干涉的影响存在一个滞后的现象。在叶片经过塔架时,引起的截面流场和载荷的变化规律,为流场的优化提供参考。
In this paper,3D unsteady numerical simulation of NREL Phase VI wind turbine was performed.Computations are presented on an isolated rotor and the upwind configuration of the turbine which includes rotor and tower.Different incoming wind velocities(7,13,and 20 m/s) are selected for unsteady simulation with ICEM Hexa mesh.The results show that an abrupt drop of torque can be observed around 180° azimuthal angle,but the influence is small comparing with the rotor torque output.A hysteresis of blade-tower interaction is also observed with the increasing of wind speed.The variation of section loads and flow field on isosurface provide a reference for the optimization of blade tower interacton.
