摘要
因使用需求,底商类砌体房屋平面一般为单跨结构,底层一侧纵向为混凝土梁、柱体系,另一侧为砌体墙,上部为正常砌体结构。这种结构体系竖向及水平刚度分布极不均匀,在地震中震害严重。本文结合工程实例对此类结构的抗震设计及加固方案进行研究,方案重点控制房屋的水平刚度比和竖向刚度比,对此类砌体房屋的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Due to the use of demand,the flat of the bottom commercial masonry building is generally single span structure. On the first floor,the side of the house is R. C. Frame,the other side is the masonry wall. The upper floors are normal masonry structures. The vertical and horizontal stiffness distribution of this structure is very uneven,and the earthquake damage is extremely serious. In this paper,the seismic design and strengthening scheme of this kind of structure is studied by combining engineering examples. The key is to control the horizontal stiffness ratio and vertical stiffness ratio of the building. This paper has some reference value for the design of this kind of masonry buildings
