摘要
由于海洋腐蚀环境的影响,服役多年的海上平台起重机转台焊缝腐蚀严重,威胁作业安全。基于多工况下的壳一实体混合模型有限元分析技术,确定了转台危险点应力分布;以等效热点应力为评定应力,结合多轴疲劳寿命评估方法修正沃勒曲线法,对不同工况下的转台焊缝进行了多轴疲劳寿命计算,可用于指导海洋平台起重机的维保工作。
Due to the impact of the marine environment,offshore Revolving Platform is severe corroded after long time service,reducing its mechanical properties and threat engineering safety.Based on multi-conditions analysis,shell-solid mixed FE model of revolving platform is constructed by MPC technique and FEA is made in succession.Fatigue assessment points are determined and EHSS of these points is calculated based on detailed stress distribution of the weld in dangerous region.Finally the multi-axial fatigue life of revolving platform weld for objective offshore crane is estimated through MWCM&EHSS which can be a guide for maintenance and protection of offshore crane.
