摘要
面对石油天然气管道建设战线长、面广、风险多的特点,为做好项目的健康安全、环保管理,中油工程项目管理公司率先提出了远程HSE信息化监管方法。论文主要介绍了HSE信息化管理的必要性,总结了石油天然气长输管道信息化管理实现的要点。
Faced with the characteristics of long line,wide scope and high risk of oil and gas pipeline construction,in order to do a good job in the health,safety and environmental protection management of the project,CPC engineering project management company took the lead in putting forward the remote HSE information supervision method.This paper mainly introduces the necessity of HSE informatization management,and summarizes the key points of realizing the information management of oil and gas long distance pipeline.
