摘要
结合由苏州苏福马机械有限公司设计制造的云南新泽兴人造板有限公司日产600m3环保刨花板生产线中的单通道刨花干燥机安装工程,阐述干燥机安装过程中,通过施工关键技术的运用及施工质量的严格控制,确保刨花干燥机运行时的生产质量、生产能力相关性能指标达到设计、使用要求。
Combined with the installation project of single channel shavings drying machine that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Sufoma machinery Co.,Ltd.of production line of 600 cubic meters environmental particleboard per day owned by Yunnan Xinzexing man-made board Co.,Ltd,this paper is to state that during the installation process of drying machine,through usage of key construction technologies and strict control of construction quality,to ensure the related performance index of production quality and production capacity of wood shavings drying machine meet the design and use requirements.
