摘要
论文从工程项目管理的意义出发,对工程项目管理中的工期、成本与质量的关系进行了具体分析,并提出了综合优化三要素的方法策略,旨在平衡工程项目的工期、成本与质量的关系,提高工程项目的最终收益。
This paper starts from the significance of project management, analyzes the relationship between duration,cost and quality in project management in detail, and puts forward the strategy of comprehensively optimizing the three key elements, aiming to balance the relationship between duration, cost and quality of projects and improve the final benefits.
