从工程咨询公司的角度出发,就工程监理招标中的具体标准、事项、审核要点与政策等方面进行细致地探究分析,期望为完善与改进工程监理招标工作,进一步形成科学规范的工程监理招标标准,以保障工程项目建设质量提供有益的参考。
From the perspective of the engineering consultant company, the establishment and control of specific standards,matters,audit points and policy in engineering supervision bidding are analyzed carefully, hoping to improve the project supervision bidding, and further set up scientific and standardized project supervision bidding standards to ensure project construction quality.This paper offers useful reference.
