摘要
项目工程组织设计是一个项目从投标到施工,一直到最后顺利竣工的重要保障,并贯穿整个项目的始终。随着国民经济及科技的迅猛发展,以及现代管理水平的提高,原有施工组织设计理论与实践已经无法跟上时代的步伐,因此,在具体的施工中极易暴露出大量问题。论文从其基本内容及分类入手,重点对关键步骤及作用进行了探讨和分析,并针对性地给出一系列做好施工组织设计的相关措施,以期行业相关人员能够得到一定的参考和借鉴。
Project organization design is an important guarantee for a project during the submission of tender, construction and successful completion. It is throughout the whole project. As the rapid development of national economy and technology and the rising of modern management level, the original construction organization design can't catch up with the time. Therefore, lots of problems can be exposed easily in the concrete construction. The thesis mainly analyzes and discusses the key procedures and functions of construction organization design from the aspect of its basic content and classification and provides a serious of guarantee measures as well. It is also expected to provide some reference for the relative profession.
