摘要
普利中心地处济南市中心繁华地段(保泉区),周边环境极为敏感,其涉及的岩土工程问题极为复杂。论文着重介绍了该超高层建筑的勘察、基坑支护设计及降水方案。通过分析,地基基础方案确定为人工挖孔桩(主楼)及钻孔灌注桩(裙楼)方案;基坑支护则采用了桩(墙)锚支护、内支撑等多种支护形式,其中局部还采用了管棚顶托暗挖方法;监测结果表明,本工程基础、支护及降水方案均合理。本工程中有多项技术为济南地区第一次采用,对以后工程具有借鉴意义。
As a high-rise building, Puli center located in the center of the jinan downtown area(Springs Preserve).The structure of the surrounding environment and geotechnical engineering problem are very complex.This paper mainly introduces the schemes including investigation, dewatering, retsining and protection of building foundation excavations.Through the analysis of the scheme,the artificial dig-hole pile(main building) and bored piles(skirt building) are used as foundation. For the deep construction pit, there are many bearing structures such as pile(wall) anchorage, pile internal bearing anchorage etc. Pipe roof concealed excavation method is adopted in local section. Monitoring results show that the schemes for foundation, supporting, dewatering and retsining and protection of building foundation excavations are reasonable. This project which has several technology for jinan area used for the first time has reference significance for future projects.
