摘要
将本科生导师制运用于"卓越工程师"的培养,探索了本科生导师制在"卓越工程师"培养过程中的实施原则,并以湖南工程学院"化工卓越工程师"为例,重点研究"化工卓越工程师"本科生导师制的实施、管理办法和评价机制,并从导师和学生两个方面建立了评价考核指标体系,丰富和完善了本科生导师制度,在提高"卓越工程师"培养质量等方面发挥了积极的作用。
UTS is applied to the cultivation of outstanding engineers in this paper,and then the principle of implementation of the UTS in training outstanding engineers is discussed.The major of Chemical Engineering in Hunan Institute of Engineering is selected to investigate the effects of UTS on training mode and management method in the process.Especially,the evaluation mechanisms are established for the tutors and students,respectively.The results indicate that UTS increases the communication efficiency among tutors,students and enterprises,and UTS is also enriched and has positive effects on the improvement of the quality of training outstanding engineers.
