摘要
校车安全是公共安全的重要组成部分,推动校车安全运营常态化有助于提高社会公共安全水平。分析2012年以来校车网报道的校车安全事故数据,表明近6年来我国校车安全事故发生的主要原因为:司乘人员安全责任意识薄弱、不达标校车营运、行驶线路路况差、被动交通事故,针对以上原因,从完善与落实校车相关法规、标准,加强公共财政投入,加大宣传教育等方面提出了具体的解决对策。
School bus safety operation is an important part of public safety.Promoting the normal safety operation of school bus is beneficial for public safety.The school bus safety accident data since 2012,show the causes of accidents in school buses in China in the past six years.The reasons are:weak awareness of safety responsibilities of passengers and drivers,non-compliance of school buses,poor road conditions on driving lines,and passive traffic accidents.Specific countermeasures are proposed,such as the improvement and implementation of school bus laws and regulations,strengthening public financial investment,and increasing publicity and education.
