摘要
为探讨3M液体敷料联合造口粉在小儿肛门术后皮肤护理中的应用效果,将2016年2月至2019年1月于我科行肛门手术的108例患儿随机分为2组,各54例,对照组患儿肛周皮肤予以常规护理,观察组应用3M液体敷料和造口粉护理,比较2组患儿护理效果及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组护理效果及护理满意度均优于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,小儿肛门术后应用3M液体敷料和造口粉予以皮肤护理,可减轻皮肤损伤,保护皮肤,提高护理效果及护理满意度。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of 3 Mliquid dressing plus stomy powder applied in skin-care of infants underwent anal surgery,randomly divided 108 cases who had received anal surgery in authors’dept.(2016-02-2019-01)into control group(54 cases,routine nursing on child-patients’skin)and observation group(54 cases,adopted 3 Mliquid dressing plus stomy powder for skin-care),after dressing exchange compared the care efficacy and nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups.As results,in care efficacy and nursing satisfactory degree observation group was all superior to control group(P<0.05).Results show that 3 Mliquid dressing plus stomy powder for skin care can reduce skin damaged,protect skin,thus enhance care efficacy and satisfactory degree to nursing.
