摘要
系统阐述青藏高原环境特征以及青藏铁路建设期间面临的高原劳动卫生、劳动保护、心理卫生、高原病和自然疫源性疾病的预防、救治等问题,并结合卫生部、铁道部的有关要求,高原医学专家的建议和已有的实践经验,提出做好青藏铁路建设期间卫生保障工作的对策。
A systematic introduction is made to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau environment features aswell as the plateau labor hygiene, labor protection, psychological health, and the preventionand treatment of plateau diseases and natural epidemic diseases. In consideration of therequirements raised by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Railways, the suggestionsgiven by the plateau medical specialists as well as practice and experience gained overyears, solutions for the hygiene protection work during the Qinghai-Tibet construction periodare introduced.
