摘要
作为西方犯罪学在新千年以来理论整合的最新成果之一,情境行动理论经历了理论完善与实证检验的良性相长过程。它所提出的"情境模型""认知—选择过程模型""社会模型"等不但成功地整合了有关犯罪行为的"环境导向解释"与"行为人导向解释",而且探索性地整合了微观层次上的犯罪发生机制与宏观层次上的社会结构、社会过程理论等。在犯罪学"西学东渐"的整体趋势之下,系统地梳理情境行动理论的基本命题及实证研究,将有助于更新本土学界对于西方犯罪学主流理论成长过程的认知,进而有助于本土犯罪学的学科建设与发展。
Since the beginning of the millennium,as a product of theoretical integration in western criminology,situational action theory has been experiencing significant development through theoretical formulation and empirical test.The situational model,perception-choice process model,and social model not only successfully integrate the place-oriented and people-oriented explanations,but also attempt to absorb the causal mechanisms of crime events at micro-level and the social structural or social process theories at macro-level.In the context of learning western criminological theories,a detailed analysis of basic propositions and empirical studies in situational action theory may help China’s scholars renew their understanding of main western theories in criminology and develop the discipline with Chinese characteristics.
