摘要
在我国西部边远地区的部分基层部队难以得到及时充足的供电保障,无法满足正常的用电需求,用电问题对其巡逻警戒、执行任务以及生产生活都造成了极大不便。为了解决边远地区基层部队的用电难问题,实现部队"能打胜仗"的目标,本文以解决边远地区基层部队的供电难的实际问题为出发点,本着适度前瞻的原则,充分考虑基层单位的实际情况,结合新兴的光伏发电应用技术,分析我国西部边远地区基层部队应用光伏发电系统的可行性,从而通过对西部边远地区基层部队的光伏发电技术的推广应用实现边远地区基层部队的供电保障。
Because some grass-root units in remote areas of western China are difficult to obtain sufficient power supply timely, the normal electricity demand can't be met. The shortage of electricity has caused great inconvenience to the patrol, mission and life. In order to solve the shortage of the power in the grass-root units in remote areas and realize the troops 'victory' goal,the paper aims to solve the practical problem of the power shortage of the grass-root units in remote areas. In line with the forward-looking principle, full consideration into the actual situation of the grass-root units, combining with the emerging technology of photovoltaic power generation, the paper also analyzes the feasibility of the application of photovoltaic power generation system in the remote areas in western China. In this way, the power supply can be realized through the application of the photovoltaic power in the grass-root units in remote areas in western China.
