摘要
当前我国环境刑法对各类环境犯罪问题的差异性分析以及生态利益问题研究存在不足。为了促进浙江省经济与生态的可持续发展,环境刑法须尽早确立立法方向,加强对海洋环境生态利益的刑法保护。针对浙江省的现实情况,本文作出特殊性的分析与研究。
In order to promote the sustainable development of economy and ecology in Zhejiang Province, the environmental criminal law should establish the legislative direction as soon as possible,strengthen the protection of the marine environment and ecological interests of the criminal law.According to the reality of Zhejiang Province, this paper makes a special analysis and research.
