摘要
通过对在海洋维权与执法方面一直走在世界前列的英、美、日三国的海警执法现状进行简要介绍,指出其在海警立法、海警执法队伍建设、执法装备等方面的先进经验,并就我国如何借鉴其先进经验提出建议。
This paper briefly describes the coast guard law enforcement in present situation in USA,U.K and Japan, which has led the world in terms of marine rights protection and law enforcement,points out its advanced experience in legislation, law enforcement team construction and equipment,and puts forward suggestions on how to draw lessons from the advanced experience in China.
