摘要
传统公安学科向海洋方面的辐射、渗透与融合不足。随着国家海洋强国战略的实施,海上警务学科的建设与发展面临新的挑战和机遇,呈现新的视角和基点。应顺应海洋战略利益需要,创建完善海上警务学科,提升公安学科整体水平。
Traditional police disciplinary lacks analysis of marine factors. With the marine power construction, the reformation and development of maritime police disciplinary faces new challenge and chance, giving us a new vision and research point toward marine strategic interests. A major theoretical and practical issue at this stage is how to construct maritime police disciplinary with public security characteristics, and enhance the overall level of police disciplinary.
