摘要
本文利用灰色关联分析法,对海上发生事故的频数进行分析,将海上事故与海警巡逻的多个海区的关联程度进行分析排序,得出易发生海上事故海区的降序排序,有助于海警对易发事故海区进行重点巡逻。
Using Gray Relational Analysis,this paper analyzes the frequency of accidents at sea and puts in order the different degree of association between the sea accidents and the different sea areas China Cost Guard patrols.Thus,a descending sort of the sea areas which are prone to sea accidents has been obtained,which is helpful for China Cost Guard to focus their patrol on these sea area.
