摘要
从教育管理机构、教育管理措施和教育管理立法等方面探讨如何提升我军网络教育管理的效果,确保新时期军事网络道德建设和军队现代化、信息化建设的顺利进行。
This paper mainly discuses how to improve the effect of education and management of China' s military network through the institution,strategy and legislation of education and management to insure the development of the moral building of military network,building of military modernization and informatization in the new period.
