摘要
本文以船舶碰撞相关的法律为基础,阐述了船舶碰撞事故中责任判明以过失程度为基本的法律原则;通过对船舶碰撞事故过程中航海人员避碰行为疏忽的过失的分析,给出了船舶碰撞事故责任判明的基本原则和方法。
On the basis of the related laws of ship collision,the paper represents the basic law principle to ascertain responsibility during the collision of ships,and proposes the basic principles and methods during settlement and investigation of marine accidents,through analysis of neglects of seamen in action to avoid collision.
