摘要
通过对安徽省各类企业专利获权量的统计与分析,对安徽省专利获权企业的分布状况进行了研究,并从企业类型、组织形式、所有制及地域分布等方面进行了比较。研究表明,安徽省企业专利分布状况不容乐观,虽然存在着密度相对较高的核心区,但是无论是从全局还是大中型企业角度,都有相当一部分企业仍然属于专利的空白区;国有大中型企业、公司(包括股份有限公司、有限责任公司)构成了获权企业的主体。此外,对安徽省企业专利存在的问题和原因也进行了初步的探讨。
On the basis of the statistics of the enterprises in Anhui Province which have got patent,a study is made of the distribution of these enterprises in terms of their types, forms of organization, ownership and locations.It is found that the distribution situation is not optimistic for there are quite a number of enterprises which have not got patent,and nationalized enterprises of large and medium size make up the principal part of all the enterprises that have got patent,and in view of the characters of their organization,corporations have constituted a larger proportion of all the enterprises that have got patent recent years. The existing problems and causes are also discussed.
