摘要
文章对绝缘子芯棒的动载特性进行了研究,在施加一定载荷的基础上,再叠加静扭转、正弦动态拉伸载荷和不同扭矩的动态扭转作用,从而对复合绝缘子芯棒在实际运行情况下的受力状态进行模拟试验。结果表明,基础载荷和扭转角度对绝缘子的性能具有相当大的影响,通过对实际运行情况进行比较分析,认为内楔式合成绝缘子在动态载荷下能满足运行要求。
The dynamic properties of the core of composite insulators are researched. On the basis of a given tensile load the static torque, sinusoidal tensile load and dynamic torsionwith different toques are respectively applied to compositeinsulator to simulate the stressed state of composite insulators which bear the variety of load under practical operationcondition. The simulation results show that the given tensile load and the angle of torsion considerably influence themechanical properties of composite insulations. Comparingwith practical operations, it is considered that the wedge-type composite insulators can meet the need of operation underdynamic loads.
