摘要
我国的法治建设是一场具有深远历史影响的社会变革。如何把现代权利意识的新观念与我国法治建设相结合 ,是这场变革的关键 ,其中加强对公民的权利意识教育 。
The practice of governing by law in our country is a social transformation having a far-reaching historical influence. The key to this transformation is a combination of new ideas about the consciousness of modern rights with the practice of administering the country according to law. And strengthening education to the citizens with regard to rights is an important aspect in such administration.
